Bill's Bio

After finding love and pursuing it by relocating to the Hoboken area, Bill Garelick decided to pursue full time his other love; Teaching and Coaching adults in all aspects of swimming, cycling, running and strength and conditioning and started his company F.A.S.T.E.R. TODAY ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE COACHING.

Bill understands that technique is often one of the most overlooked factors in regards to endurance training and that sometimes the simplest solutions are usually the most effective. Once an athlete has been taught the proper bio-mechanics of their chosen sport, or in the case of triathlons, sports and they have perfected it, they can move on to more intense performance based training. Bill also believes that a solid strength and conditioning program is the foundation for all athletes regardless of their sport because the stronger athlete will always win.

About Bill, the Athlete and the Coach, he is always on a quest for knowledge and looking to improve on his own training methods. He began as a competitive cyclist in 1995 and used his strength in that sport to carry over into triathlons not only competing but also becoming a Triathlon Coach with USA Triathlon, a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a RKC Certified Kettlebell Instructor, CrossFit Endurance Certified and a Certified Total Immersion Swim Coach.
