Bio
Teaching and coaching swimming is my passion. I teach all ages and all levels (plus fear of the water and some special needs). Classes begin with a focus on water safety and gaining an understanding of how to balance in water environment. From there, someone can progress all the way to highly competitive levels with the latest techniques being utilized. My swimming background is extensive - I am a Houston girl who grew up swimming for The Dad''s Club. I went on to swim for Ohio State. After college, I took a few years away from swimming, but like any true passion, I was able to return to the water as my career. My mission is to share my passion for the benefits of swimming with people. It''s never too late to learn to swim!

Ms. Erica Meyer is a superb instructor. She has a very relaxing way my 4 year old Hudson took took to immediately. He was always smiling and she made him proud of every accomplishment. I am very impressed with her patience, tone and overall knowledge. When my friends ask for a swim instructor I will definatly send them Ms. Erica's way.
A thousand thank yous for everything you have done.

My son, Amin, was instructed by Ms. Erica Meyer. I want to commend her on a job well done. She is an outstanding teacher and always on time.
She is not only motivates my son, but also challenges him to exceed himself. My son is always excited and looks forward to attend the next class. Amin has established improvement in all aspect of beginning to swim. We are extremely happy that our son is now swimming across the pool.
We are looking forward to book her next summer to train our second son.

Miss Ericka is patient and is doing a really great job with my 4 1/2 yr old. she was very hesitant at first, but now she loves swimming amd has bonded with Miss Erika from the very first day. She is making excelelnt progress, and we plan to continue several more lessons. Ericka goes above and beyond what is necessarry. she is one of the best swim instructors I have ever met, and I am a former swimmer myself. I would highly recommed to to anyone.
