About the Coaches: Head Coach Wendy Stafford has a history of excellence as an athlete and a coach.
She was a nationally ranked athlete for 8 years and has coached beginners, Novice, Intermediate and Age Group athletes.
Her goal for the program is to provide a safe place for youth to go and get exercise, learn the basics and sport of Synchronized Swimming, while working as a member of the team,
Synchronized Swimming is fun and challenging and is taught with this premise in mind.
Eligibility (Who can join?): Anyone who can swim age 5-95 is eligible.

About
We began our year round program in September of 2008. We competed in our club's first competition in February of 2009 and ended our season in June of 2009.
Many swimmers participated in the Summer program that culminates in a show at the Cape Coral Yacht Club.
Competitive athletes work out in the summer at least three days a week for a total of 6 hours.
Our program is rooted in providing instruction of beginning classes and helping those athletes with national, collegiate and Olympic dreams, achieve their goals.
