About the Coaches: Professional coaches are USA Swimming Certified (Olympic organization)
HEAD COACH - SARAH POSSATO: Sarah began swimming competitively at age 7 with the Cary Barracudas, and began swimming year-round the following year for the YMCA of McHenry County (formerly Lake Region YMCA) Piranhas when she was 9. She qualified for the YMCA state meet at age 10, and won the YMCA State meet in the 100 Backstroke her final year in YMCA swimming. She qualified for YMCA Nationals from age 15-18, where she competed in 50, 100, 200 free, 100 back, and relays.

Dates/Schedule: 8 & under: Mon - Thu :7:00-7:45 pm; Fri: 6:00-6:45 pm
9 & 10: Mon - Thu :7:00-8:00 pm; Fri: 6:00-7:00 pm
11 & over: Mon - Thu : 7:00-8:30 pm; Fri: 6:00-7:30 pm
