About the Coaches: Allison Beebe
Coach Allison is starting her 8th season with FCST and will be the lead coach of Senior Elite. Since arriving, Coach Allison's swimmers have achieved success on all levels, including a swimmer on the US World Championship team, four athletes ranked in the top 100 in the world, four National Youth team mebers, 9 Olympic Trials qualifiers, and numerous Jr National individual and relay champions. She was voted the 2010 and 2011 Gulf Coach of the Year by her peers. Allison has a Level 5 certification from ASCA and is the current USA Swimming Club Development Committee chair.
Before coming to First Colony, Coach Allison was the Head Age Group Coach for the City of Mobile Swim Association, a USA Swimming Silver Medal Club, where she was voted the Southeastern Age Group Coach of the Year in both 2004 and 2005. Coach Allison has a BA in History from Davidson College, a NCAA Division I school in North Carolina, where she swam all four years.
Eligibility (Who can join?): The only requirement for your swimmer is to be able to swim 25 yard freestyle and 25 yard backstroke and have some knowledge of the other two strokes.

First Colony Swim Team is a year-round swim team, and our goal is to prepare swimmers for competitive swimming appropriate for their age and ability. We are the next step after swim lessons, for children who love to swim and want to learn more. We believe that swimming is one of the best sports for lifetime fitness and that commitment to competitive swimming teaches a number of valuable life lessons. We want all of our swimmers to develop a love of swimming.
